DMV/BMV Enrollment Verification Letter Request

If a student intends to apply for a State ID Card or Driver’s License, the student may be asked to provide a support letter verifying enrollment here at Cumberland University. Please complete this form to request a DMV/BMV Enrollment Verification letter.

Be advised that students must be accepted and enrolled in classes to request this letter, and will be required to enter their current, physical, mailing address. If enrollment cannot be verified, the requested letter will not be issued. It can take up to 3-5 business days to receive your DMV/BMV Support Letter
