About the Palla Center for International Programs
The Palla Center for International Programs at Cumberland University advances the University’s commitment to creating a diverse and globally connected academic community. The Center supports students from more 63 countries, fostering intercultural exchange and preparing graduates to succeed in an increasingly interconnected world.
Named in honor of Dr. Anil Palla, the Center reflects his vision of innovation, leadership, and global learning. Dr. Palla is the founder and CEO of University HUB and brings over 15 years of experience across the IT, healthcare, and education sectors. He is a tenured professor, a two-time PhD graduate in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership, and a dedicated mentor whose work bridges academia and industry. His commitment to empowering students and educators continues to inspire the Center’s focus on access, opportunity, and excellence in international education.
Through its comprehensive programs, the Palla Center helps international students transition successfully to Cumberland University, expands strategic global partnerships, and supports faculty-led travel study experiences that enrich academic and professional growth.

Dr. Györgyi Mihályi
Director, Palla Center for International Programs & PDSO
Dr. Mihályi oversees the Palla Center’s strategic direction and provides leadership for international student services, partnerships, and compliance. She works closely with students, faculty, and international partners to foster belonging, ensure regulatory excellence, and expand Cumberland’s international engagement.

Kayla Bronnert
Assistant Director & Designated School Official
Kayla supports both international student services and education abroad initiatives. She coordinates faculty-led travel study programs and provides immigration advising as a DSO. Her work connects students and faculty with international opportunities that align with Cumberland’s mission of transforming lives through education.
Daria Harville
International Enrollment Specialist & Designated School Official
Daria supports international admissions and student services, helping students understand requirements and succeed throughout their academic journey at Cumberland University. She also contributes to orientation, programming, and communication efforts that strengthen the international student experience.
Hannah Rash
International Enrollment Specialist & Designated School Official
Hannah manages student onboarding and international graduate admission, assists with immigration documentation, and collaborates with departments to support the international student experience from admission to graduation. Her background in enrollment operations and student success helps ensure every student receives personalized support.
